Ocean Rivals collects no personal data. The game runs entirely on your device, needs no account, and does not connect to our servers. We have no way to identify you.
This policy explains how the game Ocean Rivals ("the game", "we", "us"), published by MythWave Studios, handles your information. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the game.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect any personal information. That means no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The game does not ask you to sign in or create an account.
Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your device so you can continue where you left off. This includes your level, unlocked items, in-game gold, and settings. The information stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the game removes this data.
"Purchases" inside Ocean Rivals, such as unlocking ammo or upgrades, are made with in-game gold that you earn by playing. They do not involve real money and are not in-app purchases.
No advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs
The game does not show ads, does not use any analytics or tracking services, and does not include third-party software that would collect data about you.
Third-party platforms
You download the game through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies when you download or run apps, for example aggregate download or crash statistics. That collection is controlled by Apple and Google, not by us:
Children's privacy
Ocean Rivals does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, we do not knowingly hold data about children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). Your rights
The only data the game creates is your on-device save data, and you can remove it at any time by deleting the game. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.
Changes to this policy
If we update the game in a way that changes how it handles data, for example by adding accounts, online features, ads, or analytics, we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above before that version is released.
